*Spring 2024 tutoring runs from Monday, January 29, 2024 until Friday, May 10, 2024.*

*Please note that all times indicated in the schedule are Eastern Standard Time (US).*

Lesley students can schedule their own tutoring appointments subject to the policies indicated below.

*Getting Started:*

• Register for a New Account by clicking the link to the left.
• Please complete the Registration Form. It is important that you select all options regarding email notifications and text messages.
• When you log on, you will see different tools to assist you in searching for appointments. If you wish to instead see the full schedule as a calendar, please click on “Area Tools” on the top right corner of your screen and select “View Calendar Display.”

*Scheduling an Appointment:*

Select Spring 2024 – Tutoring Schedule. Please use the drop-down menu to filter by skill area, subject, or course name to find a suitable tutor. Click on the day/time you wish to schedule to reserve that appointment. Once you have created the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that we offer both virtual and in-person tutoring options. Please check next to the name of the tutor you're signing up with to see if they are virtual or on campus. Virtual appointments are held via Zoom. 

Students are permitted to make the following maximum number of appointments:

• 2 appointments per day;
• 8 appointments per week;
• 15 appointments per month.

If the time you wish to reserve is not available, you can sign up to be on the Waiting List (see link towards the bottom right of each day’s schedule window). Notification of availability will be sent to everyone on the Waiting List, and appointments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Students who have reached the limit of permitted appointments, or who have any questions about their appointments, should email caa@lesley.edu.*

Each pre-scheduled appointment will begin at the top of the hour and will last 50 minutes. For in-person appointments, please wait near the room at the start of your appointment time. For virtual sessions, please join the Zoom room for your tutor at the start of your appointment. The Zoom link is available on the Existing Appointment form for your appointment. 

*Cancellation Policy:*

• You may cancel your appointment at any time before the start time. However, if you cancel less than 3 hours before the start of the session, it will be tracked as a Late Cancellation.
• If you do not attend your appointment, it will marked as a Missed Appointment.
• If you have 3 Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments, you will no longer be able to schedule appointments independently, and you will need to contact the CAA to discuss why you have missed those appointments so we can determine how best to support you.
• Scheduling privileges will be restored at the discretion of the professional staff at the CAA.
